Waterberg SAB Regional League campaigners Modimolle Troublemakers FC kept their winning momentum, when the pacesetters defeated Mookgophong Junior Stars 2-0 to consolidate the team’s position on top of the Stream A log standings.

Modimolle Troublemakers FC have collected a total of 27 points from the 12 matches played so far this season.

Hot on the heels of the log leaders was Diesel N Dust FC of Bela Bela, with 24 points in the bag.

A top-of-the-table anticipated humdinger clash between the hosts Bela-Bela Diesel N Dust FC and Modimolle Troublemakers FC was scheduled to be played at Bela Bela’s Moloto Stadium on Saturday, 24 February.

In Mookgophong, Junior Stars FC was billed to host Rapotokwane Qualitho FC at the Mookgophong Grounds.

The Rapotokwane Qualitho FC lads were still oozing confidence following the team’s 3-0 victory over Modimolle Celtic FC.

The limping Celtic FC was scheduled to welcome Bela Bela Pirates FC, who last week narrowly beat Opleft United FC 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller.

Bussel FC, which played to a 1-all stalemate with Bela-Bela Diesel N Dust FC last weekend, will this weekend host Vaalwater’s Boys 2 Men FC at Tankeng Sports Grounds.

In other weekend results, Boys 2 Men FC claimed maximum points on a walkover against Modimolle Home Defenders FC.
